We may update these terms from time to time as the brand grows. The latest version will always live on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

We do our best to keep product photos, descriptions, and pricing accurate, but small variations can happen — especially with handmade, curated, and mystery items. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.

All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time. If an item sells out after you order, we'll contact you and refund that portion of your order.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Checkout and payments are handled securely through our partner, Shopify. Your payment details are processed by the payment provider and never stored by us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time — for example, if there's a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent order, or an item becomes unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

You're responsible for making sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

All products will be available to ship during our official launch date. Orders placed before launch are early reservations, and we'll ship them as soon as the store officially goes live.

Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, and we're not responsible for carrier delays.

Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $50 (after discounts, before taxes) to US addresses. Some exclusions may apply and will be noted at checkout.

Shipping to California: some products may be subject to California's Proposition 65 labeling requirements — see our Proposition 65 & shipping page for details.

Because many of our items are curated, personalized, or limited-run, we can't accept returns on opened beauty products, personalized items, or mystery items once revealed.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us at hello.itgirlpicks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for them to appear, depending on your bank.

Mystery Boxes and Lucky Scoops are part of the fun: the exact contents are a surprise until your box arrives. Product photos and descriptions show examples of the kinds of items you might receive, not the exact items in every box.

Because the surprise is the point, mystery items can't be returned or exchanged simply because you didn't receive a specific piece — but if something arrives damaged or defective, our standard policy above applies.

Digital products (like courses and templates) are delivered through the platform listed on their product page, such as Beacons or Skool. Purchases, logins, and support for those products are handled by that platform.

Digital products are for your personal use only. Please don't copy, resell, or share them — they're made with love and meant just for you.

Some recommended resources are third-party offers, and we may earn a commission if you purchase through our links. We only recommend things we genuinely love.

You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing to our newsletter or placing an order, and to use the site only for lawful purposes.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing us directly.
