Ayana is the founder of It Girl Picks, a first-time mom over 30 who decided that becoming a mama did not mean trading in the fun stuff. Between late-night feeds and early morning matcha, she started dreaming up a brand that felt like a little gift to herself, equal parts trendy, playful, and full of surprises.
